Currently serving as General Manager of Operations at Wyloo Metals Ltd, Ron is known for driving operational transformation and establishing high-performing teams in both surface and underground mining environments.

A results-oriented and value-driven leader, Ron excels at crafting clear strategies and delivering measurable outcomes. His expertise spans the full spectrum of mining and processing operations, with a proven track record in embedding safety systems, streamlining reporting frameworks, and executing successful operational turnarounds.

A mining engineer graduate of the WA School of Mines, Ron remains deeply connected to the industry’s future through mentorship and advocacy. He serves as Chairperson of the WASM Alumni (Kalgoorlie Branch), championing professional development and safety leadership across the sector.
