Student Pantry
At WASMA, we are proud to support initiatives that help students feel confident, cared for, and equipped to succeed both on campus and in life.
The Student Pantry, led by Curtin University’s Kalgoorlie Campus Director Tanya Chambers, is one such initiative. It provides students with access to essential non-perishable food and toiletry items, helping them stay focused on their studies without the added stress of everyday necessities.
Students can submit a request for supplies through a simple process. Curtin’s team ensures that support is delivered fairly and quickly to those who need it.
How You Can Help
This initiative is run by Curtin University, and WASMA is pleased to help spread the word and encourage support from our community.
- Donate in person: Drop off non-perishable food and toiletry items in the donation box located at the main reception area of Curtin’s Kalgoorlie Campus.
- Support from anywhere: If you are not based in Kalgoorlie, you can still contribute by giving a small donation. Tanya and her team will use the funds to stock the pantry with the items most needed by students.

Thank you for supporting this important initiative and helping create a more supportive environment for our WASM students.
