Our free Mentoring Program connects experienced leaders in the resources sector with individuals at the early stages of their careers. Mentors provide invaluable advice and insights to help mentees achieve their career goals and objectives.

Whether you’re just starting your career or a few years in, being matched with a mentor can propel your career forward. Similarly, if you’re looking to mentor others or learn from seasoned professionals, our program offers a platform for significant growth and learning.

All we ask is that you commit to at least 8 hours (or 2 hours per month) for the duration of the Mentoring Program.

Why be a Mentor?

The Details

The program will run from April 2026 to September 2026, with mentors and mentees committing at least two hours per month. Applications are open to those working in the resources sector, including WASMA members, school of mines students, and non-members.
