Darren Stralow is an experienced mining executive with over 20 years in the resource industry, particularly within the underground gold sector. He currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Managing Director of Bellevue Gold, a role he assumed in January 2022.

Before this, he spent over a decade at Northern Star Resources, holding key positions such as Chief Development Officer and GM of Operations. His expertise spans strategy development, modern underground mining operations, business integration, and transformation, as well as team building.

Darren’s leadership has been instrumental in driving growth and innovation at Bellevue Gold, positioning the company as a significant player in the mining sector​. Darren commenced his two-year term as WASMA President on 15 October 2025.
