Executive Mentoring Program Concludes for 2025/26 Cohort

The 2025/26 Executive Mentoring Program officially concluded on 5 February 2026, marking the end of a three-month journey focused on professional growth and industry connection.

The program paired a select group of mentees with experienced leaders across the resources sector, providing valuable one-on-one mentoring tailored to individual goals. With a flexible approach, sessions covered a range of topics including career planning, goal setting, time management and future pathways.

This year’s mentees included Matt F., Doug Flanagan, Cornelius Hattingh, Steven Hulme, Elizabeth Jones and Nathan Ramm. While not all were able to attend the closing lunch, their contributions and progress throughout the program were acknowledged and celebrated.

The impact of the program was evident, with mentees sharing how meaningful the experience had been in shaping their professional development and direction.

The program was made possible through the support of dedicated mentors, including Wayne Bramwell, Marnie Finlayson, Stuart Pether, Tony Rovira, Stuart Tonkin and Scott Williamson, who generously shared their time and insights.

Acknowledgement was also given to the Mentoring and Recognition Committee, with thanks to Jennifer Neild, Gavin Mann, Brendan Tritton and Josh Redmond for their work behind the scenes in delivering the program.

The program continues to play an important role in supporting the next generation of industry professionals, with participants now carrying forward the insights gained into their careers.
