Mr Williamson is a mining engineer and commerce graduate from the Western Australian School of Mines and Curtin University. He has more than 20 years’ experience across technical, corporate, and finance roles in the mining sector. 

He has held positions as a Resources Analyst at Hartleys and Investor Relations Manager at Resolute Mining. Mr Williamson was appointed Managing Director of Blackstone Minerals in 2017 and has since led the company’s development of the Ta Khoa Nickel-Copper-PGE Project in Vietnam, focussed on sustainable, battery-grade nickel production. 

He also serves as a Non-Executive Director of Leeuwin Metals and Corazon Mining.
