Leadership Learn To Row Program

A Corporate Leadership Program with a Social Mission Curtin AHEAD is launching its Leadership Learn to Row Program. Curtin AHEAD brings career and aspiration raising activities, tools and role models to rural, regional and metropolitan schools and communities across Western Australia. Curtin University invites organisations to sponsor young professionals and middle to senior level employees in teams of eight to participate in the following program alongside two Curtin University teams.

WASM Curtin Researchers Honoured

Professors Simon Wilde and Zheng-Xiang Li of Curtin’s Department of Applied Geology have been acknowledged for their long-standing contribution to the geology of China, along with two other colleagues (all Chief Investigators) in the ARC Centre of Excellence for Core to Crust Fluid Systems. They have both previously been recognised as Highly-Cited Researchers by Thomson Reuters.Click Here

Curtin University has appointed distinguished geoscientist Professor Andrew Putnis as the new Director of The Institute for Geoscience Research (TIGeR), based at the Bentley Campus. Curtin University will sponsor the CEDA ‘Future of the Goldfields-Esperance’ conference, to be held at the WA School of Mines in Kalgoorlie on 7 July. The conference will discuss the challenges and opportunities facing the region, including how this mining-focused region can diversify its economy and build a prosperous, sustainable future for its communities.
