Pearl Martin is an Energy & Resources Lawyer and qualified Mining Engineer with site-based experience in Australian underground base metal and gold mines. She is admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Western Australia and the High Court of Australia.

Her legal practice focuses on corporate and operational matters in the mining sector. Prior to law, she worked in mine production and development, including drill and blast, mine design, and short-term planning. She has experience in narrow vein air-leg mining, large open hole stoping, and operating underground mining machinery.

Pearl has also held the role of Statutory Ventilation Officer and has been involved in risk assessments and site project management. She is bilingual in English (native) and Mandarin Chinese (full working proficiency).
