The following Terms and Conditions apply to Sponsorship Packages:

• Payment of the Sponsorship Fee is required in order to benefit from the Sponsorship benefits and payment must be made within 30 days of Receipt of tax invoice for the Sponsorship Fee. The invoice must be paid by the due date or benefits may not be granted.
• Cancellation must be advised in writing. However, once promotion of your sponsorship has commenced no refunds are available and you are liable for full payment.
• WASMA reserves the right to accept or reject any sponsorship application.
• WASMA reserves the right to cancel or postpone any event and will notify sponsors of any change at the earliest time possible.
• Sponsors are responsible for the security of their own equipment and materials at events
• Sponsors and their personnel access any event premises at their own risk and must maintain their own appropriate insurance coverage.
• The Sponsor may not exercise the Sponsorship Rights in any way which, in the reasonable opinion of WASMA, is prejudicial to the image or reputation of WASMA.
• The Sponsor must obtain the prior written approval of WASMA to use WASMA’s name, trademarks or logos in any way. Except as approved by WASMA, the Sponsor has no right to use WASMA’s name, trademarks or logos. Any approval to use WASMA’s name, trademarks or logos is under licence only and does not vest any ownership rights in the Sponsor in respect of WASMA’s name, trademarks or logos. Any licence granted to the Sponsor is non-exclusive, non-transferrable, personal and may be cancelled by notice from WASMA to the Sponsor.
• WASMA may use the Sponsor’s name, trademarks or logos on WASMA material, including promotional material, websites (including the WASMA website), social media sites, uniforms and WASMA equipment in connection with the Sponsorship Rights. Such use of the Sponsor’s name, trademarks or logos is under licence only and does not vest any ownership rights in WASMA in respect of the Sponsor’s name, trademarks or logos. Any licence granted to WASMA is non-exclusive, non-transferrable, personal and may be cancelled by notice from the Sponsor to WASMA. The Sponsor warrants to WASMA that it has valid rights to use its names, trademarks and logos and indemnifies WASMA from any claims from third parties for infringement of any intellectual property associated with the Sponsor’s name, trademarks or logos.
• WASMA’s aggregate liability for all claims, of any nature whatsoever, arising out of or in connection with this sponsorship is limited to the amount of the Sponsorship Fee paid to WASMA.
• Sponsorships Rights may be cancelled by WASMA if the Sponsor breaches the terms and conditions of this sponsorship or if the Sponsor is involved in any conduct which, in the reasonable opinion of WASMA, is prejudicial to the image or reputation of WASMA.
• The Sponsor may not assign the Sponsorship Rights without the prior written consent of WASMA.
• This agreement shall remain valid until the completion of the event.
• Payment of fee implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.
