On February 6, the 2024/25 WASMA Executive Mentoring Program officially concluded with a special lunch, marking the end of three months of mentorship, leadership development, and professional growth. The event provided an opportunity for both mentors and mentees to reflect on their experiences, with many highlighting the positive impact of the program.
Westgold Resources Limited played a key role in making this year’s program possible as the Executive Mentoring Program Sponsor. The success of the initiative was also thanks to the dedication of mentors Alex Atkins, Wayne Bramwell, David Flanagan, Raleigh Finlayson, Gabrielle Iwanow, Keren Paterson, and Darren Stralow, who provided invaluable guidance and insights to their mentees.
The 2024/25 mentees—Jo Abraham, Rohan Bone, Emma Edwards, Clint Moxham, Cassie Sedgman, Nils Spanoghe, and Brendan Tritton—embraced the opportunity to learn and grow, and their enthusiasm was evident throughout the program. Their careers are sure to go from strength to strength in the years ahead.
