Mr Bramwell is an experienced Director, metallurgist and mineral economist and with over 30 years of experience in Australian listed, private and engineering companies.

As a mining leader he is a strong voice for culture and leadership and has managed exploration, development and operating companies across a range of commodities.

Wayne holds a Bachelor of Science (Extractive Metallurgy), Graduate Diploma of Business, Master of Science (Mineral Economics) and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. More recently, Wayne joined Westgold Resources Ltd as a non-executive Director in 2020, became Executive Director in July 2021 and has been the Managing Director and CEO since 2022. As Westgold managing director and chief executive, Wayne has overseen the $2.7 billion merger with Goldfields miners Karora Resources becoming Australia’s fifth-biggest gold miner.

He is also Non-executive Chair of OD6 Metals Limited (ASX:OD6).
